FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICE PLAN
Your new Lexus vehicle comes with a full maintenance plan that covers all parts and labour costs for a period of four-years with unlimited-kilometres*. With our exacting service and maintenance standards by specially trained Lexus technicians, your Lexus will always be at its best.
The Lexus Service Plan is fully transferable to the subsequent owner of this vehicle. A transfer of ownership card is provided at the back of the Lexus Full Maintenance Service Plan booklet. It is however, not transferable from one vehicle to another.

Your vehicle will follow the recommended servicing schedule which includes inspection, adjustment or replacement of necessary items.

All other reasonable maintenance and repair costs directly associated with the recommended service schedule will also be covered, except service plan exclusions.

The Vehicle Inspection Certificate is required and covered under this plan.
*Unlimited-kilometre Full Maintenance Service Plan is limited to 90,000kms/four-years (whichever comes first) for Lexus vehicles used for, including, but not limited to taxi, Uber, rental, courier or security.
FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICE PLAN EXCLUSIONS

The Lexus Full Maintenance Service Plan does not cover:
- Repairs resulting from the vehicle not being maintained in accordance with the Lexus service schedule
- Tyres are excluded
- Repairs carried out by other than a Lexus dealer
- Any duplication of repairs, repairs improperly performed or replacements improperly installed by other than a Lexus dealer
- Repairs resulting from the use of non-genuine parts or the use of fuel, lubricants or fluids other than those specifically recommended by Lexus New Zealand
- Damage from any type of accident or act of omission which is wilful, unlawful or negligent, or to any damage caused by lack of maintenance, abuse or neglect
- Situations where the owner breaches any manufacturers or statutory warranty
- Situations where the vehicle is subject to experimental equipment, modification on any body or chassis component, trim of any description, or change of component specification
- Where the odometer fitted to the vehicle is altered or replaced (except where it has been repaired or replaced under warranty) or the odometer drive system has been disconnected or affected in some way causing the odometer reading to not provide a reasonable indication of the distance the vehicle has travelled
- Where the vehicle is used in competition, rally or racing
- Any third-party property damage or bodily injury attributable to the owner of the contract
- Any damage resulting from industrial or environmental conditions
- Any repair resulting from extreme or arduous use
- Any Lexus vehicles used for, including, but not limited to taxi, Uber, rental, courier or security that exceed the limit of 90,000kms/four-years (whichever comes first under normal operating conditions).
